Some people come into our lives and quickly go.
Some stay for a while and leave footprints on our hearts.
And we are never, ever the same.

Pre-paid Funerals
Whether you are preplanning for yourself or choosing for a loved one, a casket selection is a very personal decision and an expression of your feelings. A casket that reflects the personality and taste of your loved one can be your final tribute to their life. The caring staff at Waihi Funeral Services understand these needs and offer a wide variety of caskets that can help you make your decision.

At Waihi Funeral Services we have a comprehensive selection of caskets for you to choose from, including customwood and solid timber. Prices vary depending on the construction materials, and the finish selected. Paint-finish caskets are also available.

You are welcome to view our range at our offices in Waihi and Whangamata (see our Contact page for maps and addresses).  We have an on-site selection of caskets, available for you to view.  All caskets are stored in an air-conditioned room, so as to preserve the materials and for your viewing comfort.
Many questions arise in connection with funerals: May the family choose the casket?  Who chooses between burial or cremation?  Should children attend funerals?  What costs will be involved?  These and other matters are discussed on our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.  To return to our Services page, please click here.
